My story blog by Eli NOer

10  Historical buildings is illuminating Singapore flag to celebrate Singapore 55th Birthday Day from now till 30th August 2020 from 7.30pm to 12 midnight everyday.

We have got a chance to discover 8 out of 10 buildings that iluminated Singapore flag.
Here are the name of the buildings with their address.

The other two buildings that we have not able to discover are :

Asian Civilisation Museum
Address : 1 Empress Pl, Singapore 179555

And

The Art House
Address 1 Old Parliament Ln, Singapore 179429.

The art House is actually just at the back of Victoria theatre and Victoria Concert Hall, but we didn't see the light up so we decided not to take any footage of it.
More info are on their respective website and social media.

How to get there?

You may get down by public transport at Bras Basah, Bugis, Raffles place, City Hall and Esplanade. Most of this buildings are near by from one to another.

What you need is just a phone or camera with battery fully charged, an EZ link card and some cash for your transport and diner. 😁

For us, we get down at Esplanade and walk to exit G to find CHIJMES, from there we just walk to the another light up buildings.

Our favourite building is NATIONAL GALLERY SINGAPORE as it shows some of art work in a big screen and from there you'll find nice view to see Esplanade light up, and another building near by.

For those who want to see us discovering live on video my check out here :
